Warsaw Atoll project was a reaction to a media debate around designating a part of Świętokrzyski Park for residential property development. The project takes up the issue and attempts to combine the city’s investment plan with the residents’ and citizens’ needs. The idea is to create a green enclave right in the centre of the city, next to the Palace of Culture and Science, separated from Marszałkowska and Emilii Plater street by a compact cubature of the buildings forming a new street frontage.
