Located in the heart of Powiśle, the building draws inspiration from the modernist heritage of this part of Warsaw. References to this context are reflected in the design of the building’s form, the materials used and its distinctive details.

Rounded corners and oversized windows offer a sweeping view of the adjacent Kazimierzowski Park and,

in the distance, the buildings of the Royal Route and the Old Town. Spiral external staircases provide residents of the top floor with access to the roof terraces.

The façade materials – polished concrete with individually selected aggregate, grooved concrete and alloy sheet metal – create distinct sections of the building with varied character. The timeless materials used will age gracefully over time, adding character to the building. With a focus on the quality of the building’s use, residents have been provided with an active leisure area, a meeting room and a green patio.
