Free-standing sales office pavillion located in Dolny Mokotów in Warsaw.

The elevation of the builidng is a fusion of two colours and two different materials – black plywood and translucent milky white polycarbonate.

During the day polycarbonate shimmers in the sun and gives the light into the interior, at night the outline of contruction is visible through the transparent facade by dint of the light from inside.

The shape follows the function – staircase clearly visible on the elevation rambles and creates white band which fouls the pavillion. On the ground floor the main sales point is located, on the first floor people interested in buying new apartment can observe the construction site through the window.
