The Gala ceremony of the Polish Association of Developers , held in the Museum of the History of Polish Jews,  included the announcement of the winners of  the competition for the Best Housing Projects of 2012-2015  and the winners of the Ranking of Polish Cities. The honorary patronage of the competition was assumed by the  Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development and by the Association of Polish Architects.

The Polish Association of Developers announced the second edition of the all-Poland competition for the ‘Best Housing Project of 2012-2015’  to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the real estate development market. The aim of the competition was to single out and award the housing projects which offer ideal living conditions, ensure high utility standards, are environmentally friendly, observe principles of sustainable development and remain in full harmony with a modern rythm of dynamically growing cities.

WWAA was awarded in the category ‘ Multi-Family House’ for their Kamion Cross – an apartment building located in Warsaw’s Kamionek, in the very heart of  Soho Factory complex which is undergoing an impressive process of metamorphosis.
The award is a great honour and we really appreciate the recognition of our work.
